Answer (1 of 7): Actually, also if you happen to be using BitComet as your Torrent Client then there is also a feature in that called ‘Long Term Seeding’ which allows all of your (inactive) non seeding completed torrent downloads to still continue to remain available (obtainable) to other BitCom.
